A/W 13/14 womenswear colour usage: Living Design (from WGSN)

These five palettes include major and minor shades for the season that can be used to support the design process.

Heightened nature

A vibrant fall palette offsets loden green with winter fuchsia and plaster. Eggplant, teal and ivory add depth and blend shades together.

Augmented reality

Hypercolour enlivens a bold palette grounded in mushroom. Even levels of lime, duck egg, winter fuchsia, bright pink and cobalt blue are juxtaposed together.

Chameleon camo

A dense and deep palette focuses on charcoal black and loden green. Ochre, golden brown and sienna add a luminous touch with a hint of duck egg.

Mutant beauty

Charcoal black, ivory and putty lead a palette with an unusual and surreal quality brought by the juxtaposition of chartreuse, lemon and dusty lilac.

Pre-loved

Subdued tones of plaster, sand and ivory white ground a palette which is injected with a warm touch of mushroom.
